Hi, I cannot reproduce this issue When downloading the App from here: https://www.wacom.com/en-de/getting-started/inkspace Make sure you only use Wacom official links. On another note you probably need to use a more recent operating system. Apple dropped support for Sierra December 31, 2019.

This has been confirmed by the driver team. It should hopefully be fixed with the next update.

Sorry but this was not clear to me - does the "no signal" appear immediately when you power ON the device (after the Wacom logo pops up) or only after you log in?

I would start by checking the video cables and if you are using any 3rd party cable adapters, try replacing these first.

That doesn't seem like the usual behavior. There is no "sleep" function for this key or anything like that. Please check with the support team. I think making a video would help in this case.

From what I see, the device had this issue and then was replaced by a different one so unless the exact same issue happened with both units, the issue is probably not with the Cintiq itself. At this point, I would recommend you to contact your PC manufacturer and confirm the specifications of the US...
