Not all USB cables transfer data. Some are only used for powering devices so it's good to keep that in mind.

This could be a problem with PS. Do you know if something changed before the issue started to happen? Did you try resetting Wacom Driver preferences and / or PS preferences? Does the rotation not work with other applications as well?

Can you check with HP what is the pen technology used? Are you using a Wacom Stylus like the Bamboo Ink or an HP stylus?
This is definitely a software issue. If no Wacom driver is being used, then I don't know how we can help.

Does this happen with a specific ExpressKey or all ExpressKeys? All PS shortcuts or only specific one(s)?
Do other app behave in the same way or only PS?

On second thought - I doubt this is interference. Not sure if I explain this in the best way but the driver backs up the settings to your specific device. If you plug 2 devices of the same model, each will have their own settings. What is probably happening is that the driver is not able to recognis...

Hi, the last driver supporting the Intuos 3 was released before the Cintiq Pro 24 was created. There is no driver that will support both devices.

Does the freeze also occur if you unplug/disconnect the tablet.
