DRIVER UPDATE
Upgrading to Mac OS 10.14 Mojave? A new driver has been released. Check the Wacom Desktop Center for the update notice. However, a new Mac OSX security feature requires some additional changes to run the Wacom Driver correctly. Just make sure that your firewall is not blocking the Wacom Desktop Center if you have yours activated. Check in Mac Privacy & Security settings.

Unfortunately, we were never able to reproduce this in our tests. There was some suspicion that another driver was causing interference but this was never conclusive due to lack of feedback. It has been hard to gather data about this issue since it's happening very seldom and we haven't been able to...

They might be able to help with the Bluetooth issue.

You mentioned you performed all the firmware and bios updates so this feature is currently disabled. We are working on a fix.

The Cintiq Companion 1st gen does not have this possibility. This was later introduced with the Cintiq Companion 2.

Please check the cable connections. If the drivers gives you that error message, it means that there issue some issue with the data connection. If you are using the Wacom Link, try replacing the USB cable or using a different USB port. If you connected USB-C to USB-C, then replace this cable as well...

The team is working on this issue as well as others. From our side, it's not possible to develop and deploy a solution that quickly. Once a solution is found, normally it's deployed via driver update. There is no ETA for the next release and we cannot guarantee the issue will be fixed in the next re...
