This is an old kit so stock might not be available in your area.

Make sure the file is not called "PSUserConfig.txt" but only "PSUserConfig".
If the issue persists, please collect driver logs when it happens and contact the Customer Support team.

Seems that it could be a PS issue with getting the setting stuck. You can still contact our support and provide a log file, the team can take a look.

Hi, I'm not sure which keybinding opens a TXT file or which OS or application you are using but you better start there. If you are using the default Redo setting, you might need to set it manually.
