Touch Control Keyboard

Hi

For some reason my Cintiq Touch Control above the screen (the keyboard viewer) basically causes an error now when I press it: "You have attempted to run an application (Keyboard Viewer) which can not be found or run."

Can you tell me how this can be fixed?
