Mac OS 10.14 Mojave:
Upgrading to Mac OS 10.14 Mojave? A new Mac OSX security feature requires some additional changes to run the Wacom Driver correctly. Please see the instructions found on our support page here. Also, If you have any issues, please try a clean driver install. Follow the steps here.

European Warehouse Inventory:
The European team will be doing inventory from the 27th to the 29th of March. This means that short delays will repairs, order shipping and refunds will occur. We expect to get back to normal schedule on the 1st of April.

I had this issue a year ago. Sadly had to send it to repair, with a crazy extra shipping cost on top because of my location, but fast turn around of sending a new one. Nothing less expected for around 1000$ fee over a supposed issue plus the extra shipping.

How are we going to get our money back or how can we put an official complain for a faulty premium product being sold?

I just had the same problem. All is working but dislay is off. What kind of problem is this? The repair service is not giving answer and it looks like this is already a known problem, therefore there should be some option to get a clear answer and service. It takes a lot of effort and time to afford...
