Is Wacom Cloud down?

If I try to log in into the Wacom Cloud with the browser, I only get this error: Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later. When I log in through Wacom Desktop app, it seems to be logged in, but when I try to restore a settings file, it tells me there are no settings files, although I know...

All Wacom settings lost after driver crash

(Wacom Cintiq Companion 2, Windows 10) Today my Wacom driver crashed, and after I restarted, all my settings were gone. Surprisingly, I couldn't restore them from the Wacom Cloud, because they were not there, although I know for sure I did back them up before. This is absolutely ridiculous Wacom! Un...

CAUTION: DO not update your Cintiq Companion 2!!!

Cintiq Companion 2, Windows 10. I think it was due to my stupidly curious nature of a trouble-seeker, that I have decided today, right on the day of the final deadline, to click Update BIOS that Wacom Desktop center has offered, which followed by Windows update, which in turn has caused all my Adobe...

Re: Can I reprogram the Auto-rotate side switch on Companion 2?

This is not possible, but why not using a tablet button for Touch On/Off ? Thanks for the reply, this is exactly what I do, but I hoped for a faster way, that is always under my fingers without the need to take up any of the express keys. But I have added this function to a radial menu, so it's kin...

Can I reprogram the Auto-rotate side switch on Companion 2?

I just got a Cintiq Companion 2 with Windows 10 and I really need to have a speedy access to enabling and disabling Touch Input. The best and fastest way would be using the little auto-rotation side switch for that. Is that possible to do?

Any way to use old Intuos 3 with newer Cintiq 22 drivers?

Upgrading to newer technology turns out to be quite painful. First I decided to buy a new iMac 2017 with OS Sierra. It turned out that my old Cintiq 21 UX doesn't work with it. So I bought Cintiq 22HD, which requires the newer drivers in order to work on Sierra. I also still own Intuos 3 tablet. I u...

Aerious bug with Animate CC on Mac OS Sierra

On OS Sierra in Adobe Animate CC every second stroke of any tool is not registered, when drawing rapidly. I have an old Cintiq UX21, and I cannot use the latest Wacom drivers, which, according to this forum thread: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2282901 solves the issue. The latest driver I can use...
