DRIVER UPDATE
Upgrading to Mac OS 10.14 Mojave? A new driver has been released. Check the Wacom Desktop Center for the update notice. However, a new Mac OSX security feature requires some additional changes to run the Wacom Driver correctly. This sounds like my issue I had (but after 1 year) - required a replacement device. Wacom support have heard of a few cases like this. I found contacting them via the Chat better than the phone. First get a CASE number , then an RMA number / email

can you be more specific? examples?
Since the data captures starts as vector, the resolution is a function of the actual export in the software
