You're probably out of luck - I had something similar happen last year with a PTH-860. Ended up having to send the tablet back to Wacom to be replaced under warranty. Hey there! I know there is no way to find the firmware files, but could you please help me do something I have in mind? it might work

hey there, I have exactly the same problem and my tablet resets the moments inkspace should complete setting up. And thanks to my earlier Bluetooth firmware update failure, I cannot connect via Bluetooth either! and now I am having THIS! I wonder what they are doing at Wacom????
