Next check for problems indicated in device manager - perhaps some low level driver has trouble. Uninstall, restart and install the driver again. What do you mean low level driver problem? I've reinstalled the whole Driver a lot of times and no changes. May be the problem just in a single component...

I want to do clean install of WIN 8 to my CC2. Do I need to install some special version of Windows 8 (I mean on your side) or version from official site is OK?

If the method with VolumeUp+Down does not show the troubleshooting screen, you can also start Windows first, then select 'restart' while pressing Shift. - The CC2 comes with Win8 pre-installed and reset to factory defaults will re-install that.
