Re: Cintiq 21 UX DTK-2100 Fails to Detect Pen
The pen requires the USB port to be working properly for pen pressure so if you are having USB port issues I would look there first before thinking the cintiq screen was bad.

Re: Use eraser on Cintiq Pro 16 to "Display Toggle" ?
I was wondering if you guys could use the 3D pen wacom has for this purpose. You would have 3 buttons then and no eraser but the No eraser you could work around.

Re: Trying to make a Cintiq Pro wireless
I wrote this long thing but I digress what you want to do the bottom line is its not viable at 4K 60hz and there is no such device that can make a existing usb device wireless that I’m aware of. What you want to do will most likely have to do with long cords and even than the cords themselves cant b...

Re: MSP 16 Discoloured Pixels
I have seen 2 different posts on the internet with this same issue. the first was a wacom cintiq 16 pro. after 1 year it developed the issue clearly where the palm was resting on the screen. The secomd post was a msp 16 with the same exact issue where the dead pixels appeared where you rest your pal...

Re: Cintiq Pro 32 ghosting and light bleed...
my 2012 imac does this occasionally depending on background and how often something stays on the screen. so its not just older computers. I believe its who made the panel that effects it. LG or samsung panel ect. I do not have this issue with my 24 maybe you could try switching to a 24 if the 32 rep...

It seems wacom is dodging this thread. Maybe it is 8 bit after all.

Re: Cintiq PRO 24 - 4k problem on iMAC
your imac specs says it does not support 4k. regardless if it "works" it is documented not supported by your display. wacom is not going to help you if apple themselves say it's not supported to run at that resolution.

Re: Cintiq PRO 24 - 4k problem on iMAC
according to apples specs here for your imac 4k is not supported. just up to a 30 inch display with max up to 2560x1600. Im not sure why these other things supposedly worked for you because the specs clearly shows it does not support 4k.
