Re: Connecting the Mobile Studio Pro to a Computer

Sorry I cannot help you, Carlos. I no longer have a Wacom Mobile Studio Pro.

I returned it for a full refund because of the great difficulties I had in getting any support from Wacom technical support.

Best wishes

Jim

Re: Connecting the Mobile Studio Pro to a Computer

I just got my Wacom MobileStudio Pro 13 working as a Cintiq-like tablet connected to my PC. I was flying blind with no instructions but it is now working like a Cintiq. I did not have a Displayport card or USB-C (with DP Alt support) port and it took a few weeks to track these down. The two cards ar...

Re: MSP 16 with external monitor blanks out

One other thought. what is the total length of the cable from your MSP to your monitor? I was just reading the manual for the Sunix PCIe card that I just ordered (after some reassurance with tech info from Sunix) and read this: "The length of the USB 3.1 cable must not exceed 1.0 meter. Please ...

Re: MSP 16 with external monitor blanks out

Is there a different hub you could try?

I don't think I will need to use a hub with my MSP13, but if I do I will try to find one different from yours to check an alternative!

Connecting the Mobile Studio Pro to a Computer

I have been getting incorrect? information from Wacom tech support about the Wacom Link. I was told that the two ports on the link were DisplayPort and HDMI. Please could I get correct information about how the Wacom Link adapter is connected to a PC to work as a Cintiq-like tablet? Is it correct th...

Please could you give a little more info about the Wacom Link adapter? Does it connect to a Mini? Displayport on a deksktop graphics card and via a different cable to a USB port - 2 or 3? - on the desktop PC. Re: MSP 16 with external monitor blanks out

the other if i was using a powered USB hub no... however, i did plug my USB power adapter that normally goes into the MSP, into the hub, and that didn't help. I do not think that the USB power adapter will deliver power to a passive hub, only to a connected device and then only if the hub is one on...
