When see such a problem, unplug and replug the tablet, then reset the driver or restore previously saved settings (Wacom Desktop Center -> Backup Settings -> Restore). Make sure to use the latest driver (6.3.20-8 at the moment). Users shouldn't be expected to do this every time!! Sort the drivers o...

It seems that the latest update has fixed the issue now.

But nobody at Wacom bothered to contact me regarding the report I logged.

Support is useless!

I have exactly the same issue and Wacom quite rudely suggested it must be a problem with my tablet and closed the call because I didn't try what they asked and try it on a Windows machine. Sorry Wacom but I uninstalled the driver cleanly, tried different drivers everything except trying it on a Wind...

I have to agree with everyone else. This is unacceptable. I went back to 6.3.15-3 but was reminded that older drivers prevented me from shutting down or restarting my Mac which Wacom kept very quiet about. Also when I tried to update to the one of the drivers from a few weeks back from within Wacom ...
