why does sometime the scroll (e.g. in webpage or win-explorer) by "tip and wipe" not work?
is it because of the new Win10 and I have had to turn of "Use Windows Ink"? If I tun it on, my curosr get's invisible...

When I change between software-windows the cursor gets invisible. I can click, but can't see the arrow. If I move the mouse, the Cursor get's visible...
