In April we had the same problems with my CC 1: We tried four different cables on the display port, which all worked fine with a laptop. We called WACOM Support team and ended up with nothing. Sorry, but I prefer a solution where I can select the files I wanted to delete.
If I reset the memory of my Bamboo Spark do the files stay in the App Inkspace?

Memory full: How to delete files?

When turning the Bamboo Spark on, I get the orange and the blue light: Memory is full. How do I delete files to get some space? I was searching the web and the manual, but I didn't find a hint. Please help me.
