Re: Battery on ExpressKeys Remote
Same here, Mac 10.14.6 and the EK battery status never goes under 75%, and when I charge it, it only says "charged". Only the red light can help.

Cintiq 22/Imac : big colour difference despite calibration
Hello I have an Imac 2019 Retina 4K and a refurbished Cintiq 22. Both are calibrated with an X-rite Display pro but I still have a huge gap mainly between the blue tones. The cintiq always shows warm blue whiles the Imac displays almost turquoise and deep blue. Comparisons have been made on other de...

Re: Art Pen hard hit on every strokes (Mac)
Hello
Thanks again for you help.
I made a test with Krita and it turned out that this issue also occured. So it happens with PS2020, Krita and with the sensitivity setting as well.

Re: Art Pen hard hit on every strokes (Mac)
The the diagnose section of the Wacom Tablet Preferences (click on "About" and then "Diagnose") and look for the pressure indicator. This sould confirm if there is a hardware issue with the pen, or if the problem is in the PS settings. Hello Thanks for your answer. The pressure ...

Art Pen hard hit on every strokes (Mac)
Hi I'm using an ArtPen on a Mac 0SX 10.14.6 and I have an issue with an immediate hard hit on every stroke I make with my cintiq 21ux. I've tried 5 or 6 drivers (from 2017 to 2020) updated everything but the issue remains. Strangely the eraser top of the pen works fine and so does my grip pen. Impor...

Re: WDC "no device connected" but tablets usable
From what you are saying, the Hardware is 100% fine and I can see that the Rotation data is also being transferred and read by PS. From what I can see in the video and your description, this is probably a visual bug from PS. That cursor is from Adobe so they should definitely review this. Specially...

Re: WDC "no device connected" but tablets usable
Did the support team guide you through Diagnostics to see if there could be an hardware issue with the pen? if there is no hardware issue, we would probably need to collect some driver log files and check with the driver team. Can you follow up with our support again? We need to be able to at least...

Re: WDC "no device connected" but tablets usable
Right... you wrote it above. My bad. In this case it's better if you contact the support team and report the issue to them. I did but after lots of advices, they couldn't manage to figure out where the issue comes from and closed my case. On the other hand, Adobe told me yesterday that it was a Wac...
