I will add that the lag, for me, isn’t always present. When using it now I see no noticeable difference between using the tablet and a mouse like I did earlier today.

I’m also chiming in to say that I would like the old scrolling behavior back.
Because of this (and some other minor annoyances), I will definitely research Wacom alternatives before making an upgrade some time down the road.

I tried the steps listed, but it did not help, unfortunately.
The lag is quite constant, though intermittently it gets even worse than average.
