The .dll error indicates that some system files are not there, updating the Windows OS should resolve this. You could look into the Intuos Draw tablet, it is a nice tablet to get started with with. It comes with its own software application (Which allows you to draw your trainings straight away).

I had the same issue for quite some time. It seems to be resolved with the last driver. Just make sure to remove the old driver first

Check your tablet connection, make sure the tablet has a solid light.
- if the light is solid you might want to check the driver, make sure it is installed as the admin (and that you are not on a company network), maybe even restart the WacomProfessionalservice in the services menu.

Try the following, delete your driver from the control panel. Restart your pc, unplug the tablet and install the driver below (it came from the Wacom site, seems to be stable). If your tablet LED is blinking it is unable to make a stable connection to the pc, which is related to the hardware connection. Make sure you do not use any USB hubs but a direct connection in the pc. If this is the case and you did try the other cables, usb ports and computers you might have a defe...

This seems to be some sort of driver issue, if you notice that driver 6.3.15-3 works. Why not simply roll back and wait for a new driver ?

I'd highly recommend you to test the tablet on Photoshop CC, since CS5 isn't supported anymore it can cause conflicts with the driver etc. If it wouldn't be in CC you know where your issue is.

Go to advanced search
