Re: Random Photoshop freezing on MSP 16 i7

Are you doing a clean driver install each time? I use the Wacom Desktop Center app to handle updates. The last two driver updates on both my desktop and my MSP have wiped out my EK shortcuts. Especially troublesome on my desktop, because I have an EK remote. I've taken to backing up the settings BE...

Re: Random Photoshop freezing on MSP 16 i7

Reset preferences, eh? Why not? Every time I update my Wacom driver, my EK preferences get wiped out. Why not do the same for PS?

Random Photoshop freezing on MSP 16 i7

Just like the subject says. When I use Photoshop on my MSP, things start out fine. Everything responds as expected with no issues. But after a couple hours, Photoshop will start randomly freezing up on a stroke and I have to minimize/maximize the program to get it to respond again. Everything is up ...

Alright, it's a little later than "tomorrow" (Nobody had their MacBook with them yesterday...) but I just tested my MSP with a 2017 MBP and it worked flawlessly using a USB-C to C cable.

Re: Using the MSP as a PC screen. Thunderbolt with adapter.

I just wanted to chime in that I'm using BIOS InsydeH20 Version MS111 and I am not having any of the problems people have described in this thread. If anyone from Wacom would like to know my system information, I will gladly provide it if it will help narrow down the problem. Windows 10 is fully upd...

Re: Artec Studio

I believe the offer is still good, as it's part of the bundled software on the tablet. After the year, you're shuffled off to Artec's website where you can purchase a brand new license for the low-low price of USD $1200/year. HOWEVER (dot dot dot) The Intel Realsense R200 camera in the MSP has been ...

Cintiq Pro 24 "Low Battery" warning?

I just got a popup saying my tablet had a low battery and I should connect power immediately...

Weird, right?

I have seen that warning when using my MSP as a tablet without power connected, but this is a new one to me. The Cintiq Pro doesn't have a battery, right?

Re: MSP Firmware update disables fingerprint reader??

It does appear to have been the case. It was odd, however, that everything worked fine through numerous reboots until I applied the Wacom BIOS update.

MSP Firmware update disables fingerprint reader??

I just updated my MSP from firmware 7 to 11. (I believe those are the correct numbers.) It gave me a warning to remove my fingerprint and pin prior to update, so I did just that. After the update, I had to use my bitlocker recovery key to get into the tablet and now, when I try to add my fingerprint...

Upgrading CC2 SSD?

Since this tablet is out of warranty, I was wanting to upgrade the SSD and RAM. I've seen the Wacom staff here provide helpful information in the past regarding this, but I can't seem to find the posts I'm looking for. I really only need to know what speed RAM is supported (along with max supported ...
