Re: THE TABLET DRIVER WAS NOT FOUND

If the Windows operating system is not up to date, you may need several restarts to install all required Windows updates and runtimes. The later tablet drivers check for such Windows software ( like .Net, VC etc runtimes) and directs to install that. - When you install the driver on a machine that i...

Re: Wacom Intuos Pro lag

You are using the Intuos Pro M from 2107 or the earlier version ? The older version has wireless operation (sort of Wifi, but not Bluetooth), and the 6.3.25-3 driver had a crash problem with the wireless kit. Uninstall the driver, restart and use 6.3.25-5 instead to fix this.

Then go to pen settings, test pentip and eraser. You can also check pen ...

Did you try connecting with the Wacom Link adapter ? The Cintiq Pro needs a displayport signal input from the computer.

Re: Pen or Tablet won't sense any pressure at all

Do you see the same in diagnostics with the eraser side of the pen ? If that shows pressure, we know the pentip is faulty and the pen needs to be replaced. (If in warranty contact Wacom support for the handling.)

Re: Pen drags when not meant to

This looks like a problem with the pen pressure. Opren tablet properties -> about -> diagnose and check pen (and eraser) pressure. Should be zero or rather close to zero, if not touching teh tablet. Sometimes it helps to pull out the nib, wipe it clean and put it back or replace it with another nib....

Re: MSP 16 + Win 10 Fall Creator Update = Problems

I am using MSP with the Creators Fall Update with the 6.3.25-3 driver. Wordpad runs fine and has not crashed so far. In the beginning after the update there was some slow reaction, when Windows was busy still in background, but that disappeared after a whie.

Re: Pointer drags and jumps when holding pen on the tablet.

When you press and hold the pen for a moment on Windows machines (since Vista), the Windows pen and touch handling routines (short 'Windows Ink') can cause delays and some special effects. If that is causing trouble, disable 'use Windows Ink' in the tablet driver mapping panel.
