Re: MSP 13" problems with Pro Pen 2

I cannot see such a problem with the driver here. Therefore I suggest to a) reset driver settings (Wacom Desktop Center -> Backup settings) and if no difference b) turn off the 'use Windows Ink' option - if active, Win10 may be looking for 'Penflicks' and try to detect pen gestures, c) uninstall the...

If you run into this problem, use the previous driver version for the moment. We check what is going on.

Re: Bamboo Ink Jitter

In which application do you test this ? Some programs handle pen input not so well at certain zoom levels. For testing make sure to be at 100% level, so that each point in the document corresponds to one screenpixel.

Re: CTH-680 - Pen Froze on the Grab Tool - CS5

Unplug the tablet and check if the problem remains - might be a button on your keyboard got stuck. If all is fine, replug the tablet, then open tablet properties and go to About/Info -> diagnose: check whether one of the table/pen buttons is permanently pressed and sending the command to grab.

Re: Wireless Kit crashes with latest driver. (6.3.25-3)

The wdf0100.sys is a Windows system file and not part of the tablet driver. It might be damaged or there could a problem elsewhere, but causing WDF0100.sys to crash. Please uninstall the current driver, restart Windows and use the older driver. Then we know, if something else on the machine has chan...

Re: Wireless Kit crashes with latest driver. (6.3.25-3)

The wireless kit is basically only a replacement for the USB cable and switching should work right away. Sometimes you need to reset tablet settings when switching the mode. - If your whole system crashes: which version of Windows do you have ? Which tablet model ? And is there some error message ?

Re: Supported Tablet Not Found (Intuos 3, OS X)

We stopped selling Intuos3 tablets about 8 years ago and they are not supported anymore in the drivers since version 6.3.15. Without driver Intuos3 work only in mouse mode (no mapping, no pressure, no buttons). If you made a backup of your settings in the old driver (using the tablet prefs utility),...

Re: Cintiq 21ux shutting itself off when USB is plugged in

Check the display and power cable connections. Sometimes a cable has bad contact. Check the DVI/VGA switch. If the problem continues contact Wacom support for repair options.

Re: Cintiq Companion 2 - Dead screen

Best option is attaching an external screen. If that works, you can backup your data and control Windows display settings, brightness, re-install the graphics driver etc. If the internal display stopped working, the unit needs repair.
