Re: MSP 16 + Win 10 Fall Creator Update = Problems

I am using MSP with the Creators Fall Update with the 6.3.25-3 driver. Wordpad runs fine and has not crashed so far. In the beginning after the update there was some slow reaction, when Windows was busy still in background, but that disappeared after a whie.

Re: Pointer drags and jumps when holding pen on the tablet.

When you press and hold the pen for a moment on Windows machines (since Vista), the Windows pen and touch handling routines (short 'Windows Ink') can cause delays and some special effects. If that is causing trouble, disable 'use Windows Ink' in the tablet driver mapping panel.

Re: MSP 13" issue with latest drivers

I recommend still to try turning off Windows Ink once for testing, if the problem is related. If that helps, you can enable PS pressure without Windows Ink, though I am not sure if that works still with latest versions of Photoshop CC. For the older CC versions, you can use the following workaround:...

Re: MSP 13" issue with latest drivers

If you see some driver function misbehaving, we recommend to go to Wacom Desktop Center -> backup settings. First backup your settings, then use 'reset settings'. That stops the driver and restarts it with the default setting. If have already made a settings backup before, you can also use 'restore ...

Re: Cintiq Pro 16 and USB-C

The Cintiq Pro display needs USB-C connection supporting 'Alternate Mode with displayport'. If the Asus Prime provides this, you should see the Cintiq in Windows display settings and be able to activate it. - If displayport is not supported, you need to use the Wacom Link adapter.

Re: iMac 5k late 2016 & Cintiq 27QHD

The Cintiq27 has display connections for HDMI and displayport (1.2). The displayport connection should work without problems on Thunderbolt2.

Re: MSP 13" problems with Pro Pen 2

There is some change with penbutton assignments in the new driver, but that should not affect previously created settings. I am asking the team to check. It might help, if you could send a backup of your settings to customer support.

Re: MSP 13" problems with Pro Pen 2

I cannot see such a problem with the driver here. Therefore I suggest to a) reset driver settings (Wacom Desktop Center -> Backup settings) and if no difference b) turn off the 'use Windows Ink' option - if active, Win10 may be looking for 'Penflicks' and try to detect pen gestures, c) uninstall the...

If you run into this problem, use the previous driver version for the moment. We check what is going on.
