Re: Wacom Bamboo Smart Stylus for 2-in-1 compatibility for ASUS Zenbook Flip UX360UAK

This Zenbook is not include in the list of devices tested with the Bamboo Smart on http://www.wacom.com/comp, so I am not sure, if it has Wacom technology. It may only react to standard touch like the Asus Zenpads mentioned in the list for 'Bamboo Solo/Duo'. Some Asus Transfomer units are listed for...

Re: Wacom, this is ridiculous, not acceptable.

Touch does not require any pressure on the tablet. Open the tablet properties panel, go to About -> Diagnose and see that up to 10 fingers are detected with very light touch. That may not work well in cold temperature or with cold fingers - but is fine normally. Support for pressure and touch input ...

Re: Wacom Cintiq Pro 13 - No Signal

For a direct USB-C to USB-C connection of the Cintiq Pro, the USB-C on the computer needs to support 'USB-C Alternate Mode / Displayport'. Unfortunately, not all computers with USB-C support this mode. In this case you need to use the Wacom Link adapter included. Attach one cable to USB - this is fo...

Re: Can't uninstall drivers

To uninstall the driver, unplug the tablet, go to Control panel 'Programs and Feautures', search for 'Wacom', 'Tablet', 'PenTablet', 'Bamboo' and uninstall all that you find. Then restart Windows. Next go to device manager and check for any remaining entries refering to 'Wacom'. If there is an 'HID ...

Re: Connection could not be established

If the unit is charging and the green LED coming on, but never starts searching for Bluetooth, something on hardware site is not ok. You can try the reset hole besides the power connector, but then loose all data. If no success contact Wacom technical support in your region.

Re: Bamboo Smart compatibility

The Bamboo Smart for Galaxy Note should work fine replacing Samsungs S Pen - there could be a small offset, though, since thickness of the tablets varies. If it does not work well, you can normally return the pen and get the money back (depending on dealer).

Re: Dead/Stuck Pixel on Cintiq Pro 16

If a pixel is always white or always black on any background color, we consider it as dead pixel and that is covered by warranty. If the pixel is actually a colored pixel and then you don't see a problem on a screen with the respective background color: a small number of pixels with incorrect color ...

Re: Cintiq 13HD - Funny white spots UNDER the glass

If you see such spots with the screen turned off, that seems to be dust. You can try to clean the surface in case that is outside, otherwise the unit needs to go for repair. You cannot clean dust behind the screen yourself (needs special tools and dustfree environment). Contact customer support in y...
