Re: Current Issues with the Cintiq 16 and MSP16 (Video)

The wavy line issue in OSX is a problem with Sierra, that basically needs help from Apple to fix. Our driver team can only work around that to some extend, it will probably not get better without some changes inside OSX. - I have no details about the Windows side - there have been a number of change...

Re: 6-3-21-8 Reintroduces Modifier Keys bug in Photoshop on mac

Sorry, we cannot see any loss of focus or modifier key bug in the latest driver. It sound rather that you have some software running, that is stealing the focus regularly. - I would disable any PS plugins for testing, turn off Wacom Desktop monitor and check in acitvity monitor for other active soft...

Re: Current Issues with the Cintiq 16 and MSP16 (Video)

The problem with wavy lines was solved in the 6.3.21-8 driver. - For 4K at 60Hz you need a direct USB-C connection with a USB-C port that supports Alternate mode/displayport.

Re: Cintiq 13HD Driver Issue

The display is working (You get a picture on the Cintiq) ? Which tablet driver is installed ? - I would check the USB cable connection, unplug and replug the cable, then in Wacom Desktop Center select -> Backup Settings -> Reset Settings. That restarts the driver and forces a fresh search for a tabl...

Re: Issues with Windows 10 "right click on hold"

You can turnoff 'use Windows Ink' in the tablet driver mapping panel, but some programs need it for pressure. If you have the Win10 Creators update, you should see an icon in the lower left taskabr for 'Windows Ink workbench'. Open that and select 'Settings for Pen and Windows Ink'. That brings a ne...

Re: Drivers work but no pen pressure in Sai

First open the tablet control panel or Wacom Desktop Center. It will warn you, if the driver is not working or the tablet not detected. - If you have access, click on About then diagnose. You can check the pen detection and pressure there - also in the pen settings. If you need to press too hard, yo...

Re: Intuous CTH-680 and Pen Tilt in PS/CC

Unfortunately the CTH-680 tablet does not support pen tilt. You need for example an Intuos4,5 or Intuos Pro for that.

Re: Software Wacom no longer detects my tablet from the Creator Update

I would first unplug and replug the tablet, then use the Wacom Desktop Center -> Backup Settings -> Reset Settings option to force the driver to search again for the tablet. - If that fails, go to device manager and look for indicated problems. If it looks ok, but problem remains: Unplug the tablet,...

Re: macOS Sierra 10.12.4 + 6.3.21-8 drivers

The driver is affected by mouse doubleclick speed settings in Sierra because Apple has re-vamped mouse and touch system handling for Sierra and is still changing this with subsequent 10.12.x releases. Obviously Wacom has no control over these settings in the operating system, that have big impact on...

Re: New MacOS drivers!?

We are not aware of any 'sticky key' problem with the current Mac driver on Sierra 6.3.21-8 (see the release notes for known problems). If you refer to problems with pen clicks, pen dragging, doubleclicking, adjust the mouse doubleclick slider for best performance. If you have another problem, conta...
