Bamboo Slate unable to pair in Inkspace

Hello, my Bamboo Slate is working fine with android, but I want to use it with my computer where is Windows 8.1.
I can pair it with OS using Control panel but Inkspace app (version 2.7.3) is not detecting it.

Please help.
