On which OS (Windows?) and version is your computer?

The Cintiq Companion Hybrid is quite old.
It is already out of sales for more than 5 years now.
I recommend a Chromebook with Wacom EMR Digitizer for this price range - look for "feel by Wacom"...

Have you recently upgraded the driver or the OS?
Which Cintiq do you use?

The Pro Pen series of Wacom (KP-*) will not work with this device.
Please look into compatibility lists of our partners (Lamy / Staedler / Samsung / etc) to find good compatible pens.
