So you're telling me, that you have personally seen your Cintiq kick out RF readings within the 'safe levels' I highly doubt it... The Cintiq has been around for a decade at least... Maybe your newest models fall into this... But I can confirm by seeing the readings with my own eyes my 22inch Cintiq...

I want to know too. I put my emf reader next to my Cintiq and it went mental - more so than my router. I'm lodging a complaint and chucking it in the bin.
