Re: Click Select using Pages on Mac
Unless Apple changes their way of handling pen input (currently the apps react to too many "events"), Wacom cannot help. This seems to be Wacom's standard reply to anything involving the latest Mac operating system. I have had to give up using the Wacom now since it basically doesn't work...

Re: Click Select using Pages on Mac
This is a known issue in Pages - and some other Apple software. Unless Apple changes their way of handling pen input (currently the apps react to too many "events"), Wacom cannot help. This isn't the first time I have heard this response from Wacom. Similar replies were given to the accid...

Click Select using Pages on Mac
When trying to select text in Pages (and other Apple Apps like Numbers and Keynote), I have to hold down Shift in order to select otherwise it drops the selection before I can edit. This doesn't happen with other mice (mouses).
Is this a feature or a bug? If the former then it is annoying.

6.3.23-4 - Double-click Problem on Sierra - solved?
The release notes for the latest update 6.3.23-3 claim to have resolved the accidental double-click problemfor Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6. I have updated to this and then again to 6.3.23-4 and I am still experiencing this problem as bad as ever. I have once again resorted to having a mouse mat and mouse ...

6.3.21-8 - Double-click Problem on Sierra - solved?
The release notes for the latest update 6.3.21-8 for Mac OS claim to have resolved the accidental double-click problem. I have updated and I am still experiencing this problem although it does seem to be slightly less frequent. One thing I have noticed is that increasing the System Mouse Double-clic...

Re: Support Emails
Thank you. I did send to support emails without reply for a couple for weeks but, after posting this thread, I got a reply and have had a useful correspondence with someone from Wacom support since then.

Support Emails
Do Wacom respond to support emails?
I have numerous problems with my Wacom mouse and pen (which I have posted about on these forums) and sent two support emails but not had anything other than the automated responses.
It would be useful to know if sending these emails is a waste of time.

Pen Jumpy in Illustrator
There are a number of problems with Apple OS Sierra and Wacom but I think there are also problems with the Adobe CC Suite. The latest problem (like many of the others it is something which didn't exist on previous Wacom set ups) is that my Pen now appears to be jumpy each time I draw a point in Illu...

Re: Wacom, this is ridiculous, not acceptable.
I am not sure that you have to move the slider all the way to 'fast' to avoid the clicking problem. If you are using a mouse, I suggest to try some lower settings. It is a linear relationship I am experiencing - the lower the double-click speed, the more frequently it double-clicks in error. The pr...

Re: intuos 4: any possibility to reduce pen to tablet distance sensibility?
In your case I would first backup the settings, then use 'reset/remove settings' in the Wacom Desktop Center. Resetting the settings in the Driver works to a limited extent, and it appears to only do so for a limited time. For example, this morning I was getting a double-click from the mouse 90% of...
