Re: Where’s the Cintiq pro 32 fan speed option?

just a guess but it's probably because they can't do it. if they allow you to turn off the fans on the 32" in the drivers, then they could be liable for damage should it actually overheat and fail. it would be like a car manufacturer including a button to flatten your tires when driving 100 mil...

Re: Where’s the Cintiq pro 32 fan speed option?

Are you looking to lower the fan speed or turn off the fans completely? the picture you attached shows that you can still lower the fan speed. But there is no option to turn them off. It doesn't look like there ever was. As of right now the best you can do is lower them, like I said I doubt Wacom wi...

Re: Where’s the Cintiq pro 32 fan speed option?

turning off the fans is going to cause the Cintiq to eventually overheat and become damaged. I can't see Wacom allowing a feature to turn them off completely.

Fan noise might be something users are going to have to live with unfortunately.

Re: Wacom Pen KP701E2

I would like to buy this pen. But I cannot find absolute information on this.

Can someone from Wacom confirm whether this pen is compatible with 27QHD or not?

Re: Cintiq 21ux shutting itself off when USB is plugged in

Same problem here. One night I came downstairs to my computer and the Cintiq21UX was turned on. Did it by itself. Then a few months later, it just started turning on and off at random, with no pattern at all. A few more months went by and it won't stay on at all now - it just turns itself off whenev...

Re: 16-inch, 27-inch or wait?.

As I replied in my other post: just grab the 27", keep it in good shape along with the box, cables, manuals, etc. and then use it until the next one comes along. If you think you like the next one, then just sell the 27" - you'll get most of your cash back and pretty fast - they sell reall...

Re: Custom Inset Area for 2nd Display

could someone from Wacom possibly reply to this topic? Just wondering if anyone at Wacom is aware of a driver update which may enable us to define/move where the red box is (tablet area) on the Cintiq27 when using display toggle?

Re: Custom Inset Area for 2nd Display

any updates on this? I've just figured out how to set up my display toggle on the Cintiq27 but the "inset area" is directly in the middle area (and down a little) of the Cintiq. This is a pretty awkward position to have my hand in, so I'm wondering how we can move that inset area (the red ...

Key Repeat On EK Remote?

Hi everyone. When using Photoshop, it's common to hold down a key on the keyboard so the key keeps repeating until you let go. For example, if you hold down ] then the brush size continues to enlarge until you let go. This allows you to make big brush size adjustment much faster - and you don't have...
