Yes, the KP300E2 is compatible and you can customize the settings as well.

Make sure the USB-C port actually supports video output. You should test a different USB-C cable and an HDMI cable as well.

Use the driver logging feature from the the Support section in Wacom Desktop Center and save the long when the problem occurs and then report to our support team so we can help.

We just released an updated version - https://www.wacom.com/en-de/products/pen-computers/wacom-mobilestudio-pro
The highest specced one has an i7 Processor and you can also upgrade the SSD and RAM.
Also, there are 2 Thundebolt 3 ports like in the previous generation.
