The Wacom driver does work in Windows 7 64bit but you need to have the latest Windows Updates installed. Please make sure you have the latest version of the Wacom driver installed. You can download it from here: http://www.wacom.com/support/product-support/drivers
Also, make sure the Wacom Desktop Center is allowed internet access.

Thank you for clarifying. To be honest I wouldn't even expect that cable would work at any level. I can't recommend a specific one as we normally use the ones that come included with the Wacom Link but for best performance you will need a USB-C to USB-C cable that will also support Thunderbolt 3.

I'm afraid that is not possible. The only settings that are working always the same way regardless of the device or application being used are the On-Screen Controls. Perhaps something to consider in the future development of the driver. I will forward your feedback to the team.

The way to describe it, it sounds more like an input lag than video lag. I suppose when you use the MobileStudio Pro as stand alone, there is no lag?
