Not sure which model you have but every new tablet should come with a USB cable which you can use to connect to a computer and in case you have one of the models that has a battery, you can also use the cable to charge the battery. How are you connecting the Cintiq to your Mac exactly. From what you describe the issue is most likely in the adapter.

Have you tried replacing the USB cable? If the issues persist, you should get in contact with our support.

That seems to be correct. I checked again today after running updates and it seems to be missing. Other users are reporting issues to Microsoft. Alright. You will need the Wacom Link Plus (included in the latest Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 inch edition). If you are going to buy a brand new one, look for product code DTH-1620A.
