This is not possible. The only way to find pairs is doing it the hard way and testing them one by one. Once you find a pair is better to tag them with numbers or colors. This is how we did it in the office in the past.

Try adding the driver to your Login Items. It might help but as I mentioned before, something in your system is preventing the driver from starting properly.

Hi,
This needs to be setup on the OS settings. For Windows, you can press the "Windows" key + "P" to switch from Duplicate to Extended mode.

1- if this is software related (which it looks like it is) it makes no difference what your warranty is. This is only relevant in case there is a hardware issue and your device needs to be repaired.

The Cintiq Companion 2 is not able to output 4k @ 60Hz (limited by the processor) so you can get the 30Hz option.

Adding a second display will not reduce the lag. Screen recording can be very taxing for your system and adding an extra display will only consume more resources. Please check if both Windows installations are up to date, just in case. In my testing, The MSP will immediately trigger Hybrid mode (Desktop Mode) once a video signal is received via the Wacom Link. It is strange to me that you would need to reinstall the driver for this to work...

Are you reinstalling the driver in the host computer or on the MobileStudio Pro?
Have you checked if simply restarting the driver from the Wacom Desktop Center will also solve the problem?
