Which Operating system and Driver version are you using?

If you are using Windows,disable Windows Ink from Pen Settings > Mapping > Use Windows Ink.

I am not sure. If Asus says it's N-Trig they know better, it's their product. The problem you show in the videos could be a hardware issue maybe?
I don't mean to be rude but I am not sure how we can help you further.
The Bamboo Ink should work and support palm rejection, I can tell you that much.
