Either option is fine. You can reach out to Amazon as they are your dealer, or contact Wacom Support: https://support.wacom.com You said your pen is a month old so it should still be under warranty if no external damage occurred.

I cannot update to that version to try and replicate the issue. Microsoft has halted the update: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... te-history

Hi, I just received my Wacom Cintiq Pro 24. While first I want to say that the tablets drawing experience is absolutely amazing! The only thing bothering me is that the fan starts running after 10-15 mins of usage. It's not extremely loud, but still annoying for people using the tablet all day long...

Did the suggestion above work? Touch input is managed by Windows so perhaps something has changed in your setup recently?

Does the issue also happen with the eraser end of the grip pen or with the original pen?
If the issue is coming from the pen, then you need to replace it.

Still not sure which tablet you have and which operating system you have. I would need more information.

Disabling Hold to right click (the solution in the first video) works the same since Windows 7. It has not changed.
