The Cintiq Companion 1st gen does not have this possibility. This was later introduced with the Cintiq Companion 2.

Re: Wacom cintiq pro 13 no device connected

Please check the cable connections. If the drivers gives you that error message, it means that there issue some issue with the data connection. If you are using the Wacom Link, try replacing the USB cable or using a different USB port. If you connected USB-C to USB-C, then replace this cable as well...

Re: Bamboo Ink AES top button bug

The team is working on this issue as well as others. From our side, it's not possible to develop and deploy a solution that quickly. Once a solution is found, normally it's deployed via driver update. There is no ETA for the next release and we cannot guarantee the issue will be fixed in the next re...

Re: PTH 660 Wacom Intuos Pro not working in windows 7 64bit

The Wacom driver does work in Windows 7 64bit but you need to have the latest Windows Updates installed. If you have an older version of the driver installed, you might need to do a clean install: https://www.wacom.com/en-de/support?guideTitle=How-do-I-uninstall-(manually)-and-re-install-the-Wacom-d...

Re: Intuos PT touch recognition broken!?

What you describe sounds like external interference. Which exact model do you have? Which operating system? Do you experience any similar issues with the Pen? How did you connect the tablet to your computer? Please double-check the cable, USB ports, and even the computer for potential issues. If the...

Re: MSP Lag connecting to Macbook Pro

Thank you for clarifying. To be honest I wouldn't even expect that cable would work at any level. I can't recommend a specific one as we normally use the ones that come included with the Wacom Link but for best performance you will need a USB-C to USB-C cable that will also support Thunderbolt 3.
