Mac OS 10.14 Mojave:
Upgrading to Mac OS 10.14 Mojave? A new Mac OSX security feature requires some additional changes to run the Wacom Driver correctly. Please see the instructions found on our support page here. Also, If you have any issues, please try a clean driver install. Follow the steps here.

European Warehouse Inventory:
The European team will be doing inventory from the 27th to the 29th of March. This means that short delays will repairs, order shipping and refunds will occur. We expect to get back to normal schedule on the 1st of April.

Since this is not the normal or frequent situation, it is not an issue in the list of known or fixed bugs. When you go through calibration once, the information is saved in the driver settings file and you are (normally) never asked again to calibrate - unless you reset settings or use another table...

I have seen MSPs working fine with external monitors without any issue, but blanking out sometimes with another monitor, for example when connecting a beamer. The 'use Windows Ink' option is in the 'mapping/projection' tab (or calibration tab on the display tablets) at the bottom. Some apps need Windows Ink for pressure sensitivity, so it is activated by default.

Please try a different browser for accessing the web portal. If the files are synced you should be able to see and access them from other machines. Preview in the browser may not always be ok. If the problem remains, report it to Wacom customer support.
