Did you try to contact the support of Mosketch already?
Since Wacom is not the manufacturer of this application our means are limited...

The macOS app is currently not able to sync with Folio/Slate unfortunately.
While we work on this issue, could you check if the same happens with any other iPhone or with a compatible Android device?
