Please note, that we can only base any enhancement requests or bug mentions on the latest version of the driver. This looks like an issue within Windows. When the yellow triangle shows, it means that the computer could not recognize the device successfully. Did you try another USB port? Could you try the Intuos on another PC/Mac? Do you have another Micro-USB Cable that fits? A reboot should be helping as well...

The MSPs are not designed to be disassembled from not trained personell.
In addition you would at jeopardize your warranty when opening it.

Please be aware that Intuos 4 is out of sales since 2012. Regular support for S/M/WL/L will end 2018. The Graphire 2 pen is not compatible. Generally: The upper left hand USB-C port on Cintiq Pro 16 must be used to get 4k. We have seen customers who managed to get 4K with the current Wacom Link. Some needed a new Mini-DisplayPort cable.
