Re: Upgrade SSD of MSP 16”

The MSPs are not designed to be disassembled from not trained personell.
In addition you would at jeopardize your warranty when opening it.

I have taken your feedback to the product team for future products/versions.
Thanks a lot!

Re: Pen compatibility question

Please be aware that Intuos 4 is out of sales since 2012. Regular support for S/M/WL/L will end 2018. The Graphire 2 pen is not compatible. If you want to have a replacement pen, please use a KP- pen. KP-501E would be the original Grip Pen, but KP-503E (Pro Pen) works as well. Or chose one of the &q...

Re: 4K only on usb-c (cintiq pro 16)

Generally: The upper left hand USB-C port on Cintiq Pro 16 must be used to get 4k. We have seen customers who managed to get 4K with the current Wacom Link. Some needed a new Mini-DisplayPort cable. Other customers were not successful - and we haven't been able to establish a clear rule on why this ...

Re: Tablet area mapping does not work in Photoshop

We have run some tests on a similar setup. No issue in the lab. This means that the cause for the behavior is somewhere else... Since this only affects Photoshop: Do other software specific settings for Photoshop work? Can you please back up your preferences and then reset them? Then try this settin...

Re: recognition problems after MacOS Update 10.12.6

After this update we had some customers who needed to install macOS Sierra from scratch to get the system working as expected...

Re: Cintiq Pro 13 not working on OSX Sierra 10.12.6

The driver of Wacom is not responsible for "showing" the content. When the syncing the screen with the MacBook does not work, I would suspect the upgrade to Sierra as one possible cause. We have seen that some customers needed to install Sierra "from scratch" after the upgrade to...

Re: Drivers recognize Screens wrong

Does it help when you define a proportional amount of the tablet?
The tablet area is more 4:3 than 16:9. Check if "Force Proportions" already helps (Proportionen erzwingen).

Re: Is this normal for ctl/cth480

0.6cm is not much. Would expect it to be approx 2cm. Do you have a pen with eraser side? Can you test if this happens with the eraser as well? Are there any disturbances nearby? Phone (mobile or DECT/cordless)? Wifi base station? Speakers? One test would be to take the Intuos and try it in another r...
