Did you try to turn off 'use Windows Ink' in the tablet properties mapping/projection ? This and minimizing the doubleclick distance in the driver should help.

Re: Rear click on pen not programmable

That means at least the pen buttons work and it is not a hardware defect, but some bug in the driver. We have noted a problem recently when the button is set to erase, that may be related to the issue with Ctrl+Alt+Z. I would try using an older driver for the moment.

Re: Pen does not work properly in wireless mode

Go to the driver site and scroll down. If the version you are looking for is not in the list, go to the 'Drivers for Cintiq' or similar sections and click button 'show older versions'. - If a driver is called 6.3.15-3 for OSX (f.e.), it is shown in the sections for all products supported by this dri...

Re: Bamboo Spark for animation

There is no function to export the data as animation. You can export the data in WILL format, which is a vector data format. Through Inkspace export in other formats (SVG) is possible and technically one could write a program to convert the data into some animation format. For details on WILL see ht...

Re: Tablet has power, buttons on tablet stopped working

You can check in the driver diagnostics (under 'About') whether any data is send. But most likely it is a hardware problem. The buttons and touchring sit on a separate small board connected to the main sensorboard. It is possible, that the board is faulty or that the connection is broken. -

Re: Pen does not work properly in wireless mode

When you switch to wireless connection and something is not working properly I would try to remove tablet setting in the WacomDesktopCenter or tablet prefs utility. And, if your tablet supports touch, try to turn that off. - If your computer has USB3, that can caused interference on same frequency a...

Re: Pen Nibs

What tablet/stylus model do you have ? Usually tablets come with several type of nibs: standard nibs, felt nins, stroke nibs etc. Do all type of nibs fall out ? Could be that the nibs are too thin, or they do not stick. Then you would either need to get the pen or the nibs replaced.

Did you try the new 6.3.19-10 driver released over the weekend ? A number of keystroke/modifier issues were fixed with this driver.

Re: Wacom cintiq driver update

For some combination of driver and application the palm detection may fail and touch is still active with the pen in proximity. If that happens with the latest driver, revert back to the previous driver version, or for the moment turn off touch before drawing.
