Mouse Mode on Intuos S is choppy (Win 10)

Postby TrendingT » Sun 31. Mar 2019, 19:06

I am using an Intuos S with the latest drivers on the latest version of Windows 10.

Pen mode works fine, but Mouse Mode is choppy. Instead of moving 1 pixel at a time, the cursor moves several pixels at a time, and appears to be moving on a "grid". This makes it impossible to use for fine art work.

I cannot find much information about this bug online. Can you advise?

Hello.

You need to lower the pointer speed on Windows Mouse Settings. The faster the motion speed is, the more you will observe this "choppy" behaviour. The default setting the is recommended setting here. See: https://www.digitalcitizen.life/how-configure-mouse-windows-10
