macOS and pen pause/mad catchup issue

Postby davidlee » Wed 28. Aug 2019, 17:58

Hi,

I have two people in our office who use wacom tablets, one a bamboo and one an Intuos, both purchased this year.

Both computers do this odd thing where the wacom stops working for a moment, you wiggle the pen, click on the desktop, maybe wiggle your pen some more and then all of a sudden it is as if the pen is catching up with all those wiggles and does it all in one go, often moving something unintended.

Any ideas on how to fix this behaviour?

Thanks,
David

Hi,

Which OS version? The Bamboo and the Intuos use different drivers. The Bamboo drivers are not officially supported with the latest OSX versions and can cause conflicts with the Intuos drivers.
