6.3.36-2 Wacom Intuos Pro randomnly "shift select"

I have purchased a brand new Wacom Intuos Pro. After 10-20 minutes of work, my Wacom Intuos Pro starts to automatically "shift select" or right clicks on objects, windows, links... This issues occurs within all macOS application. There is no way to unselect using the Wacom touch tablet or pen. When I restart the the driver or my computer everything works fine for another 30-45 minutes.

I am on Sierra 10.12.6 and the latest Wacom 6.3.36-2 drivers are installed. I have enabled the WacomTabletDriver and and WacomTouchDriver in macOS privacy settings.

What can I do? My Wacom Intuos Pro is totally unusable. I have never experienced those issue with my Intuos4.

Same issue using 6.3.35-2. Also tested macOS 10.14 using 6.3.35-2 and 6.3.36-2.

Shift clicks keep coming back.

I have reset preferences multiple times as recommded by Wacom Support. The bug always reoccurs which makes it impossible to work. Frustrating.

Solution:
In my case I went back to Wacom driver 6.3.34-2, which resolves the issue. It pretty much looks like a driver issue.

Same problem here. It is unbelievable but I am very unsatisfied with my Wacom Intuos M. I used this product for ~5 years and every driver there are more bugs. With this bug I can hardly work (reboot my system every half an hour). As a professional I am not wanting to f*ck around with drivers and reboots. It just needs to work.

Please get your things together Wacom, and provide a working driver without annoying bugs like this. IT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE!

I am in touch with the Wacom support since 4 weeks. So far, they are not able to reproduce shift clicks on 6.3.35-2 and 6.3.36-2. Support told me that the shift clicks have been fixed with the latest Wacom driver. However I can not confirm it. The bug has NOT been resolved in 6.3.35-2 and 6.3.36-2.

@dan456: Please also open a support case.

New user here. Just purchased an Intuos Pro Medium and have been experiencing the same issue as reported here and widely online over the past few months. I have logged a case with Wacom but so far the support has been woefully inadequate with them just asking me questions about the issue but only suggesting random fixes that have apparently 'worked for some customers'. Very disappointed, I expected much more from the 'reputable' tablet brand. Does anyone have any update on this or managed to get around it? Like others have reported Wacom advised me to check app authorisations and de-install and re-install the software which worked as a temporary fix (much like a restart), but imo is a complete waste of time. All signs as a long-time user of expensive software point towards a problem with the driver and the OS.


Running macOS Mojave 10.14.6, Wacom software (6.3.37-3)

Yes I have retrieved the log files and have contacted support with further details several times over the past three weeks now.

2 months are gone. I have contacted Wacom support multiple times. I have provided all information including log files, but there has been no reaction on my support #CAS-1393836-Z0Z4R9. It's a pity.

I am not willing to spent more time on testing and reporting bugs. Apparently Wacom does not care about its users. Releasing unreliable driver software seems to be the standard procedure now. As a longterm user I am really disappointed.
