Sounds like that may be a different issue.

The issue I experienced with driver version 6.3.38-3 was not intermittent. It was a ubiquitous reduction in the pointer's position update rate. Rather like reducing the frame-rate of a movie, but only affecting pointer motion. It was there 100% of the time, nothing intermittent about it. Updating to 6.3.39-1 was akin to increasing the frame-rate back to normal again.

If you are experiencing intermittent point freezes or "lags", that sounds different. There are a number of things that can cause that. Are you sure it's related to driver version?

Yes, similar to 6.3.38-3, pointer starts to lag from time to time, was(is) not present in 6.3.37

Hi,
Would you elaborate the question? Which Wacom device and what kind of lag are you experiencing?

Intuos 4 model PTH-451 on MacBook Pro running macOS Catalina.

The pointer lags behind if using anything that requires CPU power.
Mouse and Trackpad do nott present this issue.

Sorry for not responding for so long - but just to add another data point, I'm happy to confirm that my problems that I have been reporting previously are resolved by the latest driver release. Both the Cintiq Pro and Intous Pro are back at a usable state.
