Cintiq pro 13 - Mac Catalina pen stops working, touch issues

I have a MacBook Pro 2018 with Touch Bar , I reset everything and I did a clear installation of Catalina ,
I have a Cintiq Pro 13", I connect directly to my laptop via usb-c, I updated to the lasted drivers and the touch is always active, so is impossible working on it.
so I deleted the new drivers and installed the old drivers, now seems better but a lot of times the pen stop working or the touch remain still active again ( also if is deactivated )
when the pen stop working ( while I'm using it, ) I go to the Wacom software and say that can't find the tablet. I wrote a lot of time of Wacom assistance and They told me that with the last updated is all good, but I can find a lot of people with my problem online...anyone have some suggestion ?
I use the tablet for working.

Cintiq 16 Pro - unable to turn off touch after latest driver update

I updated the driver the other day hoping it would fix the problem of my Cintiq 16 pro randomly not working after waking from sleep mode in Mac Catalina. It seemed to work but I was then unable to turn off the touch capabilities. No matter what I toggled, whether it was the button on the tablet or system preferences the touch was always on and constantly interfering with my pen cursor.
Anyone else have this problem or a solution? Thanks!
