random loss of pen pressure

Postby shirow1973 » Fri 3. Jul 2020, 06:33

I have a Cintiq 32 pro with the latest drivers 6.3.40-2 on Windows 10 and at random intervals I lose my pen sensitivity.
It goes from perfect pen pressure to nothing at all and gives me a full line.
I tried to find the moment when it happens but it's just very random.
I had a Cintiq 27 QHD before that and no problems at all.
Windows Ink is disabled and the PSUserConfig.txt file is in the Adobe Phothshop CC settings folder, but it does not help.
Doubleclick distance is off.
I've tried reinstalling the drivers and software but nothing works.
What can I do to fix this issue? It really interferes with my professional work.

Hi,
Please check with our support if there is something else that can be tired -

To honest, this seems more like a PS issue since it also affects non-Wacom users:
