BSOD after attempt to install 6.3.41-1

Hi, I receive repeated error then try to install latest (6.3.41-1) drivers for Intuos Pro on my HP ZBook x2 G4 (win10 20H2 19042.685)

During installation screen becomes BSOD with error 00xc0000225 and OS becomes unbootable (!)
I can resolve this error only in recovery mode performing delete command with CMD for some dlls (wacommt.dll etc) in c:\windows\syswow64 and system32 folders and perform system restore to previous point
I tried to update 3 times with same results (BSOD)
All firmware and software on HP are latest available versions.
6.3.39-1 Driver Installed and works fine.
