Pen pressure not working in photoshop on Cintiq 16

Hi, I bought a new Cintiq 16 in March but the pen pressure doesn't work on any of the Photoshop updates, only on an older version of PS. The pens are all missing their texture and don't work as they are supposed to. Say for example screentones all come out in one block of ink, making my Cintiq unusable. I've been using iPad instead till now. I've tried nearly every older driver as well as the newest driver and no dice.

This is very frustrating as you can imagine.

Any ideas how to fix? Photoshop say it's a Cintiq problem.
