Mac OS big Sur Photoshop Gestures in 2021 flipped X,Y on CIntiq 24HD Touch

It was working just a few versions ago just fine. WHen I move right it pans left, I pan up it pans down. Also the zooming isn't as active as it was in previous versions. Curious what you guys are experiencing.
