Yes! Because the Wacom One has it's own screen, it's extremely easy to use- just was you would write on a piece of paper.
The screen is A4 sized so you have lots of room to write on and it's extremely accurate. It mirrors what you do on your computer so you can move between different programs and tablets using the pen as a mouse.

Yes you can do that. Use the Windows key + P to change your setup to 'Extend'.
